SHOW UP TOGETHER · KEEP GOING TOGETHER

Nobody skips
a run when the

The squad home

One screen. Three answers.

Open Squadence after a run and you know in three seconds: how your week is going, how your squad is doing, and what your crew has been up to. Anything that doesn't answer one of those questions didn't make the screen.

How's my week?
Your contract is one ring. Every qualifying run fills it — and when the last one lands, it closes with a small celebration. Confetti, one second, tasteful.

How's my squad?
Everyone wears their own mini ring. One glance tells you who's done, who's close — and that the streak is still alive.

What's my crew up to?
Runs land as Run Cards — photo or route map, the numbers, and a pill showing exactly what it counted for.
How it works

A weekly promise, kept together.

You set a contract you believe in. Your squad sees it. The streak survives only if everyone keeps their own — that's the whole mechanic, and it's enough.

Bring your crew — or get matched
Start a squad with friends in one link, or let us match you with five to eight runners at your pace. New to running? Even better — that's who squads are for.

Two to five runs, an optional long run, strength if you mean it. Yours alone — nobody else's plan to keep.

Runs appear on their own — photos, route maps, pace, contract tick. No Strava? Log a run manually in two taps.

The Run Card

Every run gets its moment.

The feed isn't a log — it's where effort gets celebrated. Your content supplies the color; the chrome stays out of the way.

  • Your Strava photo is the hero. No photo? Your route becomes the art.
  • A contract tick shows what it counted for — Run 2 of 3, Long run ✓ — right inside the moment.
  • One-tap reactions: 👏 🔥 💪 🫡 ❤️. Pick one, switch it, pile on.
  • Any run exports as an Instagram-ready Story card — one tap, no cropping.
The streak

Strict enough to matter. Kind when life happens.

The squad streak survives only if everyone honors their own contract — that's what makes it worth guarding. It's also why we built in mercy.

🛡️
Shields
Two per training block. Miss a week and one quietly steps in — "Life happened, streak safe." No forms, no explaining yourself.
The 48-hour window
Sunday's run synced Monday? Late runs count for 48 hours after the week closes — the streak is recomputed, so a late long run can even revive it.
🫶
No red, ever
A pending week is quiet gray, never an alarm. Missed weeks get a fresh start and supportive copy — the product doesn't do guilt.
"Back-of-the-pack pace, matched with back-of-the-pack people. Nobody's waiting at a corner pretending not to check their watch. It's the first running thing that never made me feel slow."
